Had a problem with my car, larry took care of the entire proccess, keep me informed of the status of my car every day via phone, It is priceless to have such of great comunication and quality of work. I have now moved close to 2 hours away and I still go to Park Ave BMW for any service my car needs.
Buying a car can often be a tedious and unpleasant experience. When I sat across from Jeff I knew within the first minute that I was going to buy a car from him. Zero BS haggling back and forth was much appreciated. A very fair deal was proposed and we shook hands and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. This is the way it should be. Hi, I took my BMW into service at Park Ave without an appointment. I went to their new service center in Hackensack. As soon as you pull up, they have a team that comes up welcomes you and starts diagnosing the car. I was in and out within minutes. Simeon Marcelo (Sim) was great. I was telling him, I love my first BMW so much that i wanted to get another one, but a used one.
