I buy a car generally every year, and no one has made the process easier than Hans. I offered him a reasonable price for the car and he responded quickly and without drama. The fact that he was patient with me and very polite was only the beginning. Hans was the perfect amount of aggressive and generous when it came down to sell the car. That's a quality hard to find in dealerships today. I plan on buying my next car from Hans of the service continues this way.
Monday, I called Park Ave BMW after no luck with BMW Tenafly. I did not want to take the car to Park Ave because I perceived them as a highway dealer that would not care about their customers. Boy was I wrong. I called and explained the issue to Johanna in customer service. I was seeing steam coming from the front grill. She said don't drive the car we will tow it. My sales rep Frank was phenomenal. No matter how complicated my sale became he gave me his full undivided attention and followed up with me consistently to make sure everything was taken care of. I would recommend FRANK to anyone mostly because he is dedicated and hard working, and he truly is there to make sure the client is satisfied with their purchase.
Heather was very patient and I did not feel any pressure into buying my 2012 X5. She was very friendly and throughout our entire time was trying to find a way to fit all my needs. I would definitely recommend Park Ave and specifically Heather and/or Rachel to work with.
I recently purchased a 2015 BMW M3 in Yas Marina Blue. The experience from this dealership was fantastic. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and accommodating. I had a 2012 3 Series which i got from BMW of Manhattan. I needed a bigger car so I went back to Manhattan to see if they could help me out. The numbers they gave me were horrible and they way they treated me discouraged me from upgrading. One day I was driving by Park Ave BMW and thought it couldn't hurt to ask. Just purchased a 2014 3 series from Park Ave and had the pleasure of working with Gio. He took his time with me and really listened to what I was looking for.
