Juan, our sales representative was very friendly and I believe was genuine in helping us to find the best car for our needs. I appreciated that he made himself available and never made us feel rushed.
Once again I have to shout praises to my dealer and finance manager. Andre Lindsay and Ryan McGowan have made me very happy with the process of getting my wifes X1. Two weeks prior I picked up a 2015 M3 and usually that is a process to get two vehicles within such a short time but they made it happen without any problems whatsoever. I would like to say thanks to them and Park Ave BMW for always doing the right thing for its customers.
Working with Mr Chris Vender at the service center is proof that excellent customer service makes a company. From the minute I entered, Mr Vender and the other staff members made me feel welcomed. I had a great experience. I was not pressured in to anything. Gio was very helpful and accommodating. I had shopped around several other dealers and decided to return to Park Ave BMW because of Gio. Not to take anything away from the sales team at Park Ave, but if you are in the market for a car go see Gio before anyone else..... Lastly, I was in and out of financing, the gentlemen there answered all my question and did not pressure me in to buying additional add-ons....
Third time buying a car from Park Ave, and this was my first time working with Heather. She was professional, very accommodating, and helpful. I thought the experience was easy and straightforward.
