This is my second time getting a bmw through park ave and dealing with hans was great. He was very patient and friendly. He made sure my wife found the exact car she was looking for and roger was also very helpful! Thanks again i look forward to getting another bmw in the future.

Richard Kim is the person you want to deal with at Park Ave BMW dealership. He is friendly, diligent and professional. My experience was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. This was my first purchase from this dealership (I live in West Chester, PA ). I been looking for a car since augost and I drove like 2 hours to meet Richard Kim. I never thought I would actually like a car dealership,but buying our BMW here was a wonderful experience and that was definitely due to our great salesman Giovanni. He is such a nice person. He was very professional,knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Giovanni made the entire buying process smooth and comfortable. I'm so happy we had the pleasure of dealing with him and will recommend Giovanni and Park Ave BMW always!

The other local guys just can't compare. Do yourself a favor and purchase/service via Park Ave BMW. I have bought from the two other local guys and will never go back, not that those experiences were horrible, but they just don't match up to Park Ave. Danny (Daniel Pieroni) was attentive and extremely customer oriented. I will certainly be back and I HIGHLY recommend you do too! There is a reason that they are rated the #1 dealer and I personally experienced it.

I would highly recommend everybody who is looking for great customer service , friendly atmosphere and NO PRESSURE at all to go to Park Avenue BMW and ask for Mr.Daniel Pieroni . We visited the dealership for buying new car. Victor Giusfredi helped us find the right combination of features and right price. The process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Victor Giusfredi and BMW! Dealership also helped to participate in BMW Ultimate Driving Experience and was able to apply the $1000 gift certificate from UDE even though i attended the UDE after ordering the car.

I have never had a more pleasurable car buying experience! I had decided that I wanted to test drive the X3, so I emailed Jeff Sherman. He called me back within minutes, and we arranged a test drive the next day. I walked in the dealership, and the car was ready to go....came back, sat down, decided on options, made a deal..
