For the past 35 years or so I've been buying cars and trucks. I hated it...just like everybody else!!! Edmunds did a survey this year that said most people would rather do their taxes, go to the DMV, or sit in the middle seat on an airplane before going to a car dealership to buy a car. The experience was outstanding... our salesman was very helpful, listened and understood our needs and most importantly was respectful of our time. The finance manager was also a pleasure to work with and made the entire process quick and easy. I highly recommend Park Ave BMW to anyone considering a new car.

I have owned/leased many BMW's from 1985 but this is my first from Park Ave BMW. My sales associate Nick Mule' was excellent. He provided a very pleasurable customer service experience, something that is lacking at many auto dealerships. He was both honest and knowledgeable. He worked very hard to help me get the best car and deal. Ryan McGowan, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with. I definitely will be using them and the Park Ave team for my next new BMW.

This is the third BMW we are picking up in the tri-state area. I purchased a 3 series at BMW of Manhattan, x5 at life quality BMW and now most recent was my M4. Ive try going back to my previous dealerships to see if I can get any deals from a returning customer.
