This is the third BMW in a decade that I've purchased through Daniel Kenney. He makes the experience so great and painless that I actually came up from out of state, rather than going to a different dealership local to me, just so I can work with Dan again. I know that I can count on him to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I get everything I need and answer all of my questions.

Park Avenue finally got it right by bringing on board Heather! We have been a Park Avenue customer since 2001 but never had a good sales experience until Heather. Rick Pelillo in the service department is the reason we have stuck with Park Ave. This time Heather made the buying experience a good one. She was responsive, made things work on our schedule, and took the time to fully explain the inner workings of our new 2015 535xi. We highly recommend her. So pleased with the service we received from the staff at Park Ave BMW and especially from Danny Pieroni. He is personable, thorough and attentive. Answered all of our questions in a professional manner and helped us get the best lease price for our 2014 320 xDrive. My father and I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new BMW. The staff, especially our salesman, was friendly and attentive. They were extremely informative and not pushy at all. They helped find the exact car I wanted and worked with us to get to a price we were comfortable with. The actual buying process was super fast and easy. Went in to get an x drive for the winter. Craig in sales is one of the most knowledgeable salesman. Gave me the price I wanted and got me out of my lease 5 months early. I was so impressed with the ease of the purchase that I got 2 family members to lease cars. In a few hours we leased 3 cars that day. My neice drove down from Pennsylvania cause the price was right. Will always use Craig and park ave bmw. Excellent service, sales, and of course awesome cars
