Awesome experience with Victor - I went to BMW in Spring Valley, NY for my first lease and it was very hectic. Victory was very knowledgeable and followed up which was awesome.
Victor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had shopped around somewhat, but between his service and price, there was no reason to go anywhere else!
We really don't even think about going anywhere else. Rob Ermatinger at Park Ave BMW is great to work with as is everyone else we've met at Park Ave. They make the experience as easy as possible and are so pleasant every step of the way. We highly recommend them.
Cristhian was very professional and friendly, even as we took a hard line in negotiating down the price of our car. He was engaged and very willing to take our multiple offers to his manager, making sure we didn't get too discouraged. It was a pleasant experience overall, particularly given Cristhian and his manager's knowledge of the car and the particulars about the sports wagon in particular. I was a first time buyer of BMW. My experience was a great one thanks to Hans Lee. Hans was so helpful to my father, my mom and myself. He explained everything to us very slowly so we could understand everything. It's not often we buy a car, like a BMW and he made sure we knew just what we were getting into.
