We just bought a used Mercedes Benz R350 though Gio and could not be more pleased. I first contacted Gio via phone based on seeing the car on the Autotrader.com web site. Gio made sure that the car was available for a test drive and it was parked front and center when we got there. Gio took the time to fully go over the vehicle and for a test drive. We were not sure which car we wanted, and were choosing between an I3, X3, and 328 Wagon. Frank took the time to show us how the 328 Wagon hit the sweet spot for us, in terms of affordability, drivability, practicality. It had all the features we could want, and Frank made the deal happen in a very smooth and unpressuring way, and gave us a fair price on our trade. We will be happy to refer others to him, and to the dealership.
Victor was very friendly, asked us exactly what it is that we want. We were looking for a 4 series, and picked out what we wanted. He knew a lot about the difference between cars which helped pick out one of two cars we saw. Even though there was another buyer for the car, he was patient with us and helped us get the car for the price we were looking for.
My wife and I just picked up our 428I.... It's our first BWM... Lenny was very friendly..... Very professional......Super patient with us.... and by far respectful.... Great deal, getting out from old car to getting in the new car. Great customer service. But i hated working with Korean department of Park Ave BMW. Slow response, seems they don't care about sales.
