I have purchased many vehicles in my life and they are all typically the same, lots of back and forth banter. This purchase was different. Although there was the usual negotiating it never got contemptuous as most do. Hans remained a gentleman and was professional throughout. He always recognized that ultimately he is working for the customer. I would definitely recommend Hans to my friends.
I e-mailed the dealer and found the best deal at Park Ave. I was trying to lease a 3-series but there were some trouble in allowing me to obtain the 3-series. Still Park Ave definitely helped me out in getting the new vehicle and I know that they would do the most they can in helping out their customer. The dealer was very honest with me and helped me find the best deal for me. I was very satisfied with how he helped me out.
I hate sales people, I really do. In fact I loathe them. Not so with Jeff, he blew me away with how honest and forthcoming he was. He not only found me the perfect car, but also worked out a great deal for me. He's also a really really nice guy to chat with while you wait for the paperwork to clear. I had just finished with my old car. My wife suggested I look at high end cars. We went to quite a few until I got to Park Ave. My neighbor had already dealt with Mr. Lindsay and she was right. He took the time to show me the differences in all the models. This lead to my first BMW. So now on my third he has made it easier each time. I would recommend him anytime if you are looking for a car.
been to a couple of other BMW dealerships, wasn't pleased by the experience....called Park AVE BMW was sold just by the conversation I had with Nick Mule..went in, I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend he found me the perfect car..Would definitly recommend Nick and Park BMW..
Jeff and Hans are very friendly sales people. I called Jeff first, and he explained me many useful details. When I brought my mom (a Chinese lady who doesn't speak English) over to their office, even though it's not Hans' case, Hans nevertheless was very nice and answered my mom's questions. We purchased the car without hesitation. Later on, when the car had some small issues (menu and settings related), Jeff was always prompt with emails, and tried his best to solve my concerns. I highly recommend them.
