I shopped across the tri-state area for a 2011 BMW 328i and contacted approximately 10 dealers. Brett was by far the most straightforward and worked with me over email until I knew what I wanted. Brett was totally clear with me about fees and when I went to their dealer, the final pricing was exactly as described to me in email. Additional items I needed (plates and an extra key) were delivered via overnight FedEx exactly as described. Brett was a welcome relief: straightforward and helpful!
Hans is awesome, he is super friendly and responsive. He also easy to work work with and very easy to communicate. I have visa issue that holds the deal for two weeks. He was very patient and did tried his best to help me. Even though we did not make the deal for some reason (totally not his fault), he is still very nice and friendly. I highly recommend him.
My experience at Park Ave BMW was excellent. I'd been through a few dealerships with my prior leases and most recent lease search. Victor was excellent from the beginning - helping me with all my questions, directing me to the car that best suited my needs, and pairing me with the right car at the right price. One day last month I stoped by the showroom of the Park Ave BMW just to have an idea about the line of cars BMW recently is making, I am an Audi customer for the last ten years I owned An A4 convertsbel and an A8, the minuet I walked in the showroom a nice young salesman his name is Victor came to help , the end result at this day I am driving A 750il, that was not an easy task for me to switch from my A8 to the 750. Good job Victor
