I worked with Jeff on buying my first car and it was an enjoyable experience. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the car I selected (328 xi) and straightforward about a reasonable price - no negotiating necessary. He also went the extra mile and called me a few days later to ask if I had any additional questions since I bought it. Jeff is prompt, honest, and enjoyable to work with. I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends.

Within the past year I have purchase four automobiles. My experience at Park Ave BMW was hands down the best yet. I traveled over an hour to get there however it was well worth it. Hans Lee was an exceptional salesman and was extremely knowledgeable , trustworthy and courteous.

I went to Park Ave BMW to inquire about extending my warranty service. My salesman was Victor Giusfredi. A charming young man who answered all my questions. Victor crunched numbers and found that what it would cost me to extend my warranty that I could be driving a new 528i xDrive. Well my wife and I purchased the vehicle and we are thrilled. Kudos to Victor and Park Avenue BMW.

Michael Messinger was the nicest , accommodating and most efficient sales person I have every met! He is very personable, helpful and professional. There was not once where my question or concerns was not answered fully. Such easy communication from start to finish. Went to Park Avenue to look at a hard to find CPO model BMW. Met Hans Lee as I entered the dealership and he was immediately very personable, friendly and professional. He was very accommodating, was very thorough and prompt at keeping me informed as to the status of the car I was looking at, and was very determined to make my car buying experience a positive one. I highly recommend working with Hans when buying a car. No pressured sales tactics.

First of all have to thank VICTOR for a smooth easy transaction and made my experience great. He was so welcoming helpful and presentable. Made life easy. Purchased the 528xi and love it. Secondly i don't want to forget Mr. MOHAMMED which also helped us seal the deal. Great people. Highly recommended dealing with them.

It was so hard to make decision between BMW X3 and Audi Q5 until I met Sabit Hadzhiev. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. And more importantly, he was very patient to answer my questions all the time. no matter I text or email him, even at weekend, he always replied me instantly. I felt very lucky to have him to help me with my first car, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will absolutely recommend Park Av BMW and Sabit Hadzhiev to my friends!

The service department at Park Ave BMW is the most professional and friendly service department I have ever dealt with. Everyone I dealt with; Service Writer, Foreman, Cashier were all pleasant and efficient.
