My wife and I leased a new car from Brett Drummer today. Brett was friendly, helpful, highly professional and got us the car we needed. It was an EASY experience, which in my opinion is what makes a buying experience "Great". In addition, Brett allowed our dog to come in the dealership while we did paperwork. I highly recommend Brett and the entire Park Avenue BMW team.

John is definitely not a typical car sales person I am used to. He saved our time by giving us the direct figure, which was actually lower than the figure we had come up with after extensive online and offline research. He will tell you straight up without any bs, instead of wasting your time by going back and forth to the manager. You do your homework and he will not waste your time.

From the minute I walked in the door at Park Ave BMW my buying experience couldn't be better. I leased a 535xi from John Park last week. He was very attentive to my requests and picked up the phone every time I called him. I liked the fact the he had all the papers ready for me so the waiting process was painless. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

All dealerships have vehicles, but not all dealerships have superior customer service—that is the difference at Park Ave BMW. I was in the market for a new vehicle and had my sights set on the new 3 series. The minute I arrived at the Park Ave BMW center in 530 Huyler Street in South Hackensack I was received with a friendly and courteous smile from the service consultant Stefanie Petine. She quickly attended to all my car needs and offered me with the great free options of providing me with a loaner car or providing me with a shuttle ride home while my car was being serviced. I had a terrible experience at Morristown BMW the day before. I went to Park ave the following day without much hope. Michael Messinger was extremely kind and helpful, did not rush anything, answered every question and told me things I did not think to ask. Mike was able to get me a price on a lease return BMW 3 series that was better than any other dealer advertised. The dealership is clean, and everyone is friendly and professional. I will buy my next car there as well. Michaels service has made me a lifetime customer.

Dan Pieroni is a great guy. Didn't pressure me at all. He showed me a bunch of different cars and told me about every feature the car had. Dan helped me out in a big way. He made sure the payment was perfect and he wouldn't let me leave till he went over the car in detail. I hope all your workers are like Dan!
