Price is not always important. How you are treated and considered matters. I had my financing in place, I knew what I needed. First they had the X3 my wife wanted. Brett did all the clarification and negotiation on email, so he actually did not hesitate to put anything on the record in terms of pricing. I went to the dealership unexpectedly at about 5 pm on a Friday night (and they close at 6). Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Jeremy and Sabit were extremely professional, helpful and offered me such a great deal that I decided to go ahead and lease the car that night. They even assisted me with the return of my (at that time) current lease when I arrived on Saturday to pick up the car. Our family has been purchasing from Park Avenue for years now.The sale service is excellent. They do their best to treat each customer as family. Their prices are fair and set to sell, they're honest and tell you things how they are. This is our 4th car and we plan on coming back for future purchases as well.
dealership had a nice atmosphere. Salesman was nice, informative and non pushy. Both Steven and Gil were really cool, calm and informative. It was a day before the 4th of July and these guys were focused and not pushing us so they could leave early. We also traded in a car, and they were fair with there appraisal value.
