I had a wonderful experience at Park Ave BMW. Dan Pieroni was a phenomenal person to deal with. He was extremely patient with us and very knowledge about the cars. We went back and forth a lot between models and leasing verse buying and he explained the pros and cons of each model and option in detail. Park Avenue BMW has an excellent reputation and many of my friends and co-workers have purchased or leased BMW's through this particular dealership. I was lucky to stumble on the right sales associate: Nicholas Mule. I would have to say this was the smoothest and the most pleasant new-car buying experience for me. Without disclosing too many facts of my negotiation with Nick, I must say, this was a no-drama exchange. There were no countless offers/counter-offers, no repeated trips "to talk to the manager".
