Park Avenue BMW, specifically the service provided by Daniel Pieroni was phenomenal. I came to the dealership after receiving a quote from a NYC dealer, and not only did Park Avenue beat the quote, but explained why and how they came to that price. As well, I was fairly unsure if I wanted a 335 or 328, and Dan spent a great deal of time explaining the specifics of each model including a test drive. It was a pleasure working with Tom. He was professional and honest throughout the process. Additionally he came in on his day off to ensure that I would be able to pick up the car a day early. I would highly recommend working with Tom and the staff at Park Ave BMW. I am very pleased with the car and would gladly return as a customer in the future.
My sales help was excellent, I have purchased Five BMW's I found Francine the most helpful, and knowledgeable about the product and she was able to provide a good deal for me.. Gil was cute , thats all. But Greg Berkowitz was petty and obnoxious , Because of him I do not think I will lease another car from your company.. I would go to Tenafly.. you should send Francine to that dealer they really want your business.. Mr Berkowitz enjoys the nickel and dime approach, He will kill your business.
My car was recently out of warranty when the radio stopped working. Rich Anzalone made sure the the problem was taken care of at no cost to me. Rich is very knowledgeable and professional. He is an asset to Park Avenue BMW.

Park Avenue service department sets up such a high standard when it comes to providing customer satisfaction. Larry Weiner has been my adviser since I purchased my car and he is the very reason I will not take it to any other BMW service facilities. In fact, the entire service team should be praised for their professionalism and knowledge. Sabit was a fantastic salesman. He very conscientiously followed up with me regarding the end of my lease and put up with all my questions and variations on models and prices. He also managed to secure the exact model I wanted to get with the options I was looking for WITHIN my budget. I would (and have) recommend Sabit without any reservations as he knows what he is doing and will take care of what you need to get done without wasting your time.
