I had a complicated situation involving a trade-in. Steven took over my purchase midstream. He was professional, helpful and very willing to go out of his way to ensure that my deal worked out. The treatment I received was very much customized to my needs and interests. I enjoyed working with Steve and Roger. I feel like they were direct, up-front and honest with their comments and recommendations. Park BMW is a friendly accessible dealership that I would highly recommend.

My Lease was coming to an end on my 3 Series and there are some great incentives to get into another new BMW. I reached out to my local dealership and two others that are about an hours drive away. I am driving the car of my dream because of Steven it all started when I sent a request online he emailed and called me he was professional patient and answer all my questions most important he called the next day to see how I was doing I felt like I was family excellent job

I'm a sales consultant and generally hate the car buying experience. So many reps rely on canned, salesy techniques that I start cringing from a mile away. How great was Brad Russak? Francine was just excellent. She got things done without any agressiveness or heavy handedness. She knew what I wanted and simply just got it done without hassle, over haggling or any other annoying salesmanship. What's more, once the car was purcahsed, her helpfulness only increased! The stirring wheel was shaking when we would step on the brake so we brought it in for service. Even though the car truly didn't need new brakes to make us feel safe driving out BMW, Rich had our brakes changed for us. The shaking has stopped and we feel much safer driving the car. Thank you.
