The service department of this dealership is amazing! I was stuck in a bind (long story) and needed quick diagnostics and a minor repair. We had no appointment, yet Rich was able to accommodate my husband and I and get us in and out of the service department quickly. Rich was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and took care of us through the entire process, right though to the end. I have to say that Adre was a very pleasant sales person, who took his time to help us out with purchasing our vehicle. Rich Anzalone has been my service advisor at Park Avenue BMW. Whenever I have a problem, Rich gets me into the shop quickly, ensures that I have a loaner car and keeps my updated as to the status of my repairs. I feel he takes a personal interest in the repair of my car and is honest about what needs to be done. I have used many BMW dealerships and Rich is the best service advisor I have worked with.
I decided to give park avenue BMW after my horrific first experience because this service center is close to home this time it was a million times better. Larry greeted me warmly i told him that my low tire signal kept coming up even after i put air in my tires he identified the issue gave me the best deal he could and kept me in the loop every step of the way.

After dealing with many dealers in NYC I decided to give New Jersey a try. Park Avenue was my first and last stop. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Francine Barbieri was my sales associate. She was very friendly and helpful providing all the information I needed and answered all my questions. Aminabat (Jr.) was very straight forward with me from the get go. He put alot of time in getting me the deal I wanted. This is not a fancy dealership with alot of Bells and Whistles if that is what you want, but if you want a great deal, nice straight forward people and no run-around I highly recommend Park Avenue. I bought my first BMW at Park Ave BMW and I loved the experience. Somehow this place does not behave like the 'other regular' dealerships and treats customers ethically and with respect. Tom Kough, the sales consultant that I worked with, was very knowledgeable about BMW and gave true, honest advice on which model and type to choose.
