There is a reason why I have my car (2008 335xi) serviced at Park Ave BMW and Larry Weiner is that reason. He has been my SA the past two times when i had to bring my car in for scheduled maintenance. This time I had to bring it in for a recall notice on a certain part. Given my hectic work schedule he was beyond accommodating in setting up my appointment sooner rather than later despite it being a busy week. Larry's above and beyond work ethic is exemplary with excellent customer service and overall results.
Stefanie and Brian worked relentlessly with BMWNA to make sure my z4's issues were resolved. They were patient and great to deal with. Stefanie made sure that all my service concerns were properly documented ad resolved. I recommend the Park Ave BMW service centre to everyone, they are courteous and have the know how to get issues resolved.
I've been to quite a few BMW dealers for sales and service over the years and I would recommend Steven and Park Ave at the top. He stayed late to work with me and was always responsive in getting me the best deal.
My experience at Park Ave BMW could not have been a better one. Rich Anzalone was extremely helpful and informative in explaining what was necessary in servicing my car and the things that I could hold off on until a future service. His knowledge of BMW's was impressive and made me feel comfortable putting my car in his hands. I will be using Park Ave most definitely in the future.
