I recently leased a BMW from Park Ave (internet sales dept) and the experience was great. My sales rep was Francine and she was awesome...very informative, helpful, nice, fun and most importantly not pushy whatsoever. We spoke on the phone beforehand and she was upfront and open with all cost associated with the vehicle. I was trading in my daily driver and they were able to get me into the new car the same day. Larry Weiner is one of the best service consultants to handle all my needs. He makes sure my vehicle is completed when promised , washed and cleaned before I pick it up. Park Ave's service department is one of the best I've had to deal with. I would recommend their service department to any one who owns a BMW.
Park Ave is great, and I would recommend Rob Ermatinger in particular. He was very helpful chosing model and options, aggressive on pricing, and always a pleasure to work with. He is honest and will provide balanced perspectives that shows he wants me to make a choice I will be happy with later. This is the third BMW I have purchased from Rob. Terrific guy!
I want to acknowledge the excellent customer orientations of Brad and Greg in Internet sales. It was great to deal with 2 professional and courteous gentlemen who are true to their words. I own a 5 series BMW and purchased a 3 series BMW for my wife from Park Ave and she loves her car. My wife needed a few minor modifications to the car and Greg delivered exactly as promised. Tom and Park Ave are "5"s across the board - i've dealt with other dealerships and Park Ave stands in a league of there own - they don't accept providing anything less than the best service - i've leased 5 cars from them and there sales/service has been consistently excellent - i'll continue to buy from Tom and Park Ave...

My wife and I leased a 2013 328i Coupe from Park Avenue BMW and consider ourselves very lucky to have met and worked with Francine Barbieri.
