Similarly, I have relied on Larry Weiner as a trustworthy and professional advisor for two previous BMWs as well as my current one since 1992. It is because of Larry and Rick and the mechanics and techs that I make the trip to Park Ave service despite having a much closer BMW dealer within 5 minutes of my house.
I gave this dealership a high rating mainly because of the salesman that I have been dealing with for almost 10 years, Mike Messinger. This is my 4th BMW 5 Series. Mike is always courteous and engaging. He has gone out of his way several times to resolve issues and get me into the car I wanted. He is the reason I go back to this dealership. He is knowledgeable.
I can not begin to explain how Professional and 110% satisfied i am with Stefanie Petine and her team at the BMW service center. Took in consideration everything that needed to done in my time of need. She would make sure i get to work on time and fix my car with up most grace. My loyalty to BMW is because of hard working employees like Stefanie; Great communicator , accurate, and informative.
