Worked with this dealership based on comments from colleagues and i have to admit it was a pleasure. this is our third BMW and the other two experiences were horrible (Prestige in NJ and Oyster Bay in Long Island) Junior was responsive polite and even came on his day off to deliver the car to us. Explained the features and always answers his messages Highly recommended. Worked diligently and met our price range. .

My experience with Sabit was great. At Park ave BMW He made the whole experience easier and he made the process of leasing my new 5 series very pleasant. Also he took the time to explain me all the features and fuctions that the car has. I really like the experience of leasing thanks to Sabit.

I recently purchased a 2009 Mazda CX 9 and I was totally blown away by the courtesy and customer service that I experienced at Park Ave BMW. The sales associate, Tom Twomey, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made the entire car buying experience easy and hassle-free. Since I purchased my 4.8i X5 from Park Ave BMW, I've only been dealing with Mike Gagliardi at their Service Center. In my opinion Mike has gone above and beyond in his customer service and professionalism to assist me. It's such a relief to know that my X5 is in good hands when I hand over my keys. Mike takes the time to listen to my concerns and assesses what items need to be serviced and addressed. Mike is one of the main reasons I renewed my service agreement w/ Park Ave BMW for another 2yrs. Thanks Mike, you’re the best!

Buying a car can be such a chore. I have now purchased two vehicles from Park Ave BMW and cannot say enough good things about my experience. The people were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They always have a great selection of cars and I feel I am getting a fair price for both my trade-ins and the cars I purchase. I would recommend anybody considering a BMW visit this dealership. I have two BMW dealerships within 20min of my house and I drive an extra half-hour to see the folks at Park Ave.
