Gil was extremely helpful and informative about the products and services offered through BMW. Being a first time bmw owner this was extremely useful. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Gil De Oliveira in the future. Hopefully this is the beginning to many more bmw purchases.

I had already searched the car via internet and I was not very sure what I wanted when I arrived at the dealership. Steven helped and guided me through the whole process and was very patient with my indecisiveness. I would highly recommend to go see him who is looking for a BMW.

I have been doing business with Park Avenue BMW for many years and have always experienced excellent service from the sales staff and service provided when having work performed on my vehicle. When I initially dealt with Park Avenue BMW my sales person was Wayne Carenza. He is now the sales manager and he still makes a point of stopping by and making sure that you are satisfied with the price and service you are receiving from his staff. This was my second visit to Park Ave and I was very impressed the way Craig handled my request for getting me out of my X3 lease and help me get into a 535i GT. He was through and worked me all thru the process, he started off by getting what I was willing to pay and what downpayment terms I was willing to accept, even after stating that I am not willing to put much down, he still willingly worked with me and got me great GT. Brett created a comfortable and honest approach. He was receptive to our needs prior to us stating them. He really went above and beyond by getting us in the car we wanted same day eventhough we came 1/2 hour after closing with the intent to just browse. We will definitely recommend Par Ave for other buyers.

Although we ultimately ended up buying from a different dealer, Brett was by far the best Sales Assoiciate we worked with among 4 dealers. He provided quick, accurate feedback, excellent follow up, low pressure and above and beyond service. We simple found a car with the exact options, color, etc at a local dealer, but that was the only reason not to give Brett our business. He deserves anyone's consideration if shopping for a new or used BMW.
