Claudio is my go to Service Advisor! He always has time to accommodate me even if it is a last minute emergency. We have been a Park Avenue customer for over 7 years. Recently we were in the market for a new vehicle and had been testing water at other dealerships. This is my 5th BMW overall, 2nd with Park Ave, and I have to say it was my best experience to date. My adviser Sabit worked with me on finding exactly the car I wanted in a price range I was comfortable with. He exhibited excellent communication and customer service skills, was personable, friendly, and easily accessible (text/email/phone). He was even able to send me PDFs of the cars I was interested in so I could easily compare models. It's no wonder his desk is littered with awards. Highly recommended.
