This is my first Lease with Park Ave and I must admit that i`m impressed with their service facility. Chris Vender and Aimon make it so easy and seamless. Had a great experience working w/ Edward, as he was able to get into a new BMW w/ a pretty unique set of requirements, when most other dealers either wouldn't talk to me or tried to do a bait and switch. He was a stand up guy who talked straight, and most importantly did what he said he'd do - and it all was most definitely appreciated.
Customer service was great at this location. I went to a different location and they gave me trouble about a loner, meanwhile at this location Claudio and Moe had me covered. Any questions I had they answered for me. They helped me get a loner and my car was in tip top shape. Highly recommend this location thanks a lot
I was in the market for a BMW and was treated rudely by many dealers since I was a woman. They didn't think I could make a decision without my husband . I was just treated rudely by other dealers until I met Brad. He treated me with respect, was very knowledgeable and listed to what I said were " must haves" vs like to haves.
