Jonathan and Cooper were great to work with. The overall experience we had with BMW was great. Cooper and Jonathan made the deal quick and easy. I'd buy another vehicle from BMW. Hopefully the two of them will still be with BMW in a couple of years when I'm ready for another vehicle.
Joe Craton is the epitome of professionalism and I consider him a true friend. John McLarty went the extra mile to get our deal done and Leslie Williams was delightful. An excellent experience overall.
Randy made our experience at BMW a great one and the best we have had thus far. He was very patient with us, went into great detail, and showed us all of our options. He was very knowledgeable of the cars and products he was showing. We have never had an experience this great at any dealership and will definately continue to do business here.
Mostly worked with Randy Pugh. My first out of state, sight unseen purchase, and the experience was outstanding, from the price to customer service. Deal is done, car is delivered and Randy is still just as customer focused as he was before the sale. Says a lot since he knows that I live 1500 miles away and unlikely I'll be back. Hopefully this review will steer some business his way, because if he works this hard for someone across the country can't image how hard he'll work for someone local.
I was very impressed with the professionalism, customer focus, and service I received from Randy. I have purchased many cars in my life and had disdain for the experience prior to having Randy help me with the purchase of my BMW. He did a great job and made the entier experience enjoyable. I am very satisfied with how I was treated, with the car I pruchased, and with the entire experience.
Gary Ridge went above and beyond to help my son and I get into a great used vehicle. Gary helped us in many ways and was kind, considerate, and no pressure! I highly recommend BMW of Chattanooga and ask for Gary Ridge he will treat you right!
To be honest, we didn't intend to trade on that day, and we got a deal "we couden refuse". Wonderful work by Christine to make the afternoon a very exciting time for my wife as she drove off in her (new to her) white w/red interior 2011 Z-4. This also made me a HERO AT HOME! (It was a remarkable deal and everyone, from service to financial at Chattanooga BMW are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was impressed. Obviously.)
I would definitely recommend Randy Pugh and BMW of Chattanooga to anyone in the market for a new car. Randy went above and beyond when it came to the time and attention he gave us during the sales process. We went on multiple test drives, and he helped us select the best car for us. We already had in mind what we wanted and the ballpark price we wanted to pay. This dealership met and far exceeded in performance both in friendliness, quality and service. Christine Dumas was our sales person and she was wonderful. She's just down home folks who loves people and wants them to be happy.
