I went to the BMW dealership to look at a mini cooper that I had found online. I entered the dealership and was greeted by Gary and he showed me the mini cooper along with other vehicles in my price range. I thanked him and told him that I had just started looking and would get back with him about test driving a vehicle. There was no pressure or hard core selling...he said that was fine. The sales staff at Chattanooga worked diligently to aid us in buying the car we wanted. They were helpful, curteous, and knowledgable about the car we purchased. The time they spent with us getting to know our new car was very much appreciated. The nice lady in finance walked us through the options on warranties and service for the car. I honestly do not know what else they could have done to make the experience more enjoyable.
Very easy to work with. Quick. They went over in detail how my car worked. They followed up to make sure every thing was ok.

In a past 14 months I bought from BMW of Chattanooga 3 cars, two new and 1 used. The attitude to clients is awesome, the stuff is very friendly, car prices are attractive and competitive. Gary Ridge was extremely helpful throughout the process. His product knowledge was obvious. He went to great lengths to get me exactly the car I wanted. The financing process was also very professional. I traded a BMW328i convertible I purchased at this dealership; so, I was well aware of the excellent service they provide.
This was the third vehicle where Gary Ridge has facilitated the purchase. I have found Gary very knowledge about the products offered, as well as, the market. He is professional and patient taking time to answer all my questions and ensured I was well aware of all the options available on the vehicles and regarding the vehicles. The transaction was smooth. We brought our children, two and four, and the employees were great keeping them entertained while we went through the process of buying our SUV. Overall, the experience was great, but we were a little disappointed we weren't able to negotiate for the price. However, everyone was friendly and helpful and we walked away happy.
