Took vehicle in for Low Coolant and Service Engine warnings. They replaced a water hose and air pump. Two days later same warning lights come on and they say it now needs a new air valve and the coolant resevoir has sprung a leak. Instead of asking the tech what diagnostics were done or not done they speculated on what may have happened to cause these "new" problems. Service department at BMW of Chattanooga does not provide competent work, the service manager is never available to help with problems, when we asked to talk to him he never returns calls. My car radiator was replaced because BMW said it was cracked. Three days later warning light is on and we tow the vehicle to BMW. Service says the coolant holder blew not new radiator and after much discussion about their not properly checking the system when work preformed, they agree to not charge full labor to replace coolant bottle.
