Took my BMW to this service center because they are supposed to be a BMW service facility. First it was the key, Was told the key worked and could pick up car next morning . Next morning - no the key didn't work (never did) . They are checking on it. Later that day it is the module . Today no not module , say it will be 3000$ MORE to fix. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone if you're interested in a used car. We had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to simply unlock a car on their lot. The person they did send was not a salesman and knew nothing about the car itself. When we took this car for a test drive this individual couldn't answer basic questions about the car but he did say "if you were interested in a new BMW I'd be able to help you." Purchased a used 2012 Vehicle from them. They guaranteed the car was good and ready to drive. Had the car for 2 weeks. Drove it 3 times since I had it. It is leaking oil terribly. Please do not trust the words of this " reputable" company. Especially if you're female. Kelly and johnathon are even refusing to take my calls. Terrible customer service. I'm going to tell everyone!
I called about a used BMW today to see if it was available. First call was at 12:32.. i was told by the lady i spoke with that she would make sure if was there and call me back shortly. I calles back at 1;37 and spoke to the same lady. She said she was STILL checking on it and that she thought an employee had boughf it. She stated again that she would call me back shortly. It is nkw 3:50 and I still have not heard back. Very disappointed !!!
This was third car purchased from BMW Chattanooga. The used Infinity was just the ticket but on test drive the brakes squeaked. I was told it was rust. When it came time to make purchase I again asked for brakes to be checked. Car was driven to "Master Mechanic" for inspection. He informed that brakes were fine with plenty of life. I then purchased car. After purchased I drove and had tires balanced due to a tire wobble. Had problems with the pre-owned car I bought the second I drove it off the lot - they got their money so they don't care. Still haven't gotten my paperwork for transfer of my tags.
The 2008 ford explorer I bought less than a week ago needs a new transmission. I was told by the BMW Technician that it was fine. The dealership just said why didn't you buy the extended warranty. Is this the type of customer service a BMW dealership gives to their customers. I drove over Two hours to buy this ford explorer. .
Traded for a 2008 535i with 60,000 miles.. Was told that the car was certified pre-owned and it wasn't.. Didn't know until after the purchase.. The car was poorly detailed and had a wheel bearing out.. The would fix the car and didn't acknowledged you existed.. Tried calling and leaving messages but no return call or nothing.. These people @ BMW of Chattanooga are very rude and liars.. Buyers Beware!!!!!
Took over a month to get title application so I could get a tag on the car. Probably wouldn't have it now if I hadn't called and complained. They also collected more tax than they sent to the courthouse when I went to get tag. This caused me to pay additional money out of pocket. Either a mistake or they're just crooks
