Nik was great to work with and accomodated me very well with knowledge of the product. I would recommend anyone deal with Nik for a purchase.
My experience with Tyde was a 5 all the way. I initially had to return the vehichle to service due to a water leak. Initially, service did not feel it was a leak, but in the end the service from the Service department and especially Jeromy (I think that was the guys name) was great. Anyway, the person I worked with in service, in the end, was awesome.
"Getting dropped in a sales process." As a first person inquiring about the vehicle and agreeing on the price of the car, I was told to get my car appraised via CarCash app. They said I would know within twenty minutes of my appraisal. After submitting my car and a couple of hours later, they told me the car was sold without notifying me about my appraisal and completely dropped my buying process. Their salesperson and manager knew about my intentions and it was a completely unprofessional way to treat a buying customer.
"If you value time and money look elsewhere. " I don't enjoy writing this review as it means I've taken a considerable loss thanks to my experience with BMW of Chattanooga. The purchasing experience was a chore as the sales person appeared disinterested in selling "only" a $27k certified pre owned 2016 X1. He repeatedly attempted to convince me the $45k new model was a better idea. Even when we did agree to terms it took nearly 48 hours and multiple trips to the dealership to take delivery. "Bad customer service" First off I live an hour and a half from this dealership. I have been talking back and forth about coming and looking at a bmw. Luckily I thought to ask before I drove all the way down there. I ask if I could drive the car for a couple hours to get a feel for the car because bmw's are notorious for bad reviews and engine problems. I was told by Christine no about the test drive, that they last 30 minutes. So I would have to drive an hour and a half to drive a car for 30 minutes and make it big decision... read more
"Great Experience" BMW of Chattanooga had a 2014 Audi A6 with low miles and at a great price. I really had low expectations because of some really bad experiences with other (non BMW) dealers, and because I never envisioned purchasing an Audi or from a BMW dealership. "Worst Finance Manager Ever " This dealership is a JOKE Their manager hangs up the phone in their customer!! They do not want to help anyone not buying a car from them.
This was my 2nd BMW I have bought/leased from BMW of Chattanooga. The first one I bought and loved it! My father and sister also bought one after I did. I later bought a Mercedes. When it came time for a new car I decided to go back to BMW! Bad call on my part! I had nothing but issues and poor.customer service! Please don’t let this happen to you.
