Great overall experience. The employees were very helpful and even stayed open late to finish the transaction. First class experience all the way. Worth the drive from Knoxville. Very pleased with my purchase.

I wanted a recent used car of a very specific type - M3 Coupe. As it turned out there were not many low mileage, recent vintage coupes, with the right options for sale in the southeast. Ed Avery at the dealership worked hard at satisfying my requirements. He provided me with many options based on what was available for sale thereby giving me the choice to choose or not. I had a wonderful car purchasing experience. The staff was both knowledgable and helpful. After the salesman and I came to terms on my used vehicle, he even helped me transfer all of my items from my trade in to my newly purchased vehicle! I will highly recommend BMW of Chattanooga and will definitely do business here in the future.

Christine was the perfect salesperson from a standpoint of having knowledge of the vehicle in which I was interested, yet not being overly pushy. She put me at ease and made this a comfortable, enjoyable buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family, as I have faith that they will be treated with respect.

I would highly recommend BMW Chattanooga for your next luxury vehicle, in particularly Nik Stanke, who worked tirelessly with me for about a year before I leased my 2012 535. A satisfying experience overall. The salesman, Tyde, was very friendly and helpful, paying close attention to detail and very informative about the car and the whole buying process. We were never left alone, but always accompanied to the next person in the process. When I took the car in to have the "Touch of Class" applied the dealership went ahead and took care of upcoming maintenance issues instead of asking me to come back at another time.
