Outstanding service! David Rea is outstanding! I can't say enough about the consistent follow-up with me during the repair process. He also helped to find a solution for my wheels that saved me a significant amount of $$$! See David for your BMW service needs!

Quality throughout I gave Bill Jacobs five stars when I bought my car and I'm doing it again after two years of top-flight service. The appointments are easy, they have intake down to a science, and generally provide exemplary customer service at every step in the process. They've been great throughout.

Quick, courteous and responsive to my emergency My wifes' car overheated in an inopportune time and place. A Monday morning phone call to the service department resulted in a quick tow, repair and loaner given. I was impressed with their quick response on a Monday morning (probably the busiest time of the week). When I picked up the car the next day at the dealership it was shined up and ready to go.

Second Srevice Visit I met Mo Ali, service manager, on my second service visit to Bill Jacobs. Mo went through all the covered maintenance my 2014 X3 was due for. Even though my X3 has low mileage, about 12,000 miles, Mo told me they would replace all the wipers, in car air filter, besides the normal oil and filter change I was due for. I was told of some recommended maintenance that was not covered, tire rotation and alignment. My tires do not show any abnormal wear and tear, no rounding at the edges, so I declined. hassle free buying got my car on a busy saturday afternoon. a lot people were waiting. within 3 hours I drove my car home. paperwork was straight forward. the sales are professional, not your pushy typical type.

Airbag recall Hadn't been to the new Bill Jacobs facility. All I can say is WOW. The place is beautiful. It's not like going to the dealer - it's like going to a spa. I half expected to get an offer for a neck massage while I waited in the lounge, drinking my hot tea... The premises are simply gorgeous - all glass and all white... My only complaint is that when they replaced the airbag in my M3, you could see how they removed the plastic trim to get to it - there's a bit of a scratch in the plastic.
