BILL JACOBS BMW I was able to make a short notice appointment, dropped the vehicle off for service and was able to pick-up vehicle next day completed. Having the car washed after service is a nice touch, and the waiting areas are always nice and clean.

Service at Bill Jacob?s BMW I went in to Bill Jacob?s BMW to get an oil change on my X5 and it was found that there was a small leak at the oil level sensor. Jeff Hulsebus did a very thorough job of keeping me informed and updated throughout the whole process. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, and my X5 was returned in pristine condition.
Repair Alex Flinn is fantastic. I appreciated the time he spent with my wife and I going over the repair estimate. I didn’t feel like he wanted to sell unwanted service. Glad to see there is honesty in this business.
