Maintenance Went in for an overdue oil change, Jacob Murrar was extremely professional and kind throughout the process. He did notice my tire pressure light was on and decided to check my tires. To my surprise a had a small nail in my rear tire causing their to be a slow leak. Had his tech patch the tire for me and sent me on my way. There's a reason I keep coming back to this place.

Repair I came into Bill Jacobs BMW to have my tire checked and they found a nail wedged into one of the tires. The shop foreman and Alex Flinn were very friendly and assisted me on the replacement of my tires. Easy transaction
