Repair Just purchased my vehicle at Bill Jacobs BMW a few months ago. I dealt with Alex Flinn in Service and was happy that I finally found my service guy. Great to work with and very knowledgeable.
Great service quick and courteous staff. Mo was my service advisor, he was very quick and professional with getting my vehicle taken care of. He was always giving me up to date information of what was going on and answered all my questions.
Mike Alwin is the greatest service advisor Mike Alwin is the best service advisor, he gave me a realistic time of when to expect my car to be finished. Very professional and treated me with respect.
