Serviced This is the nicest dealership. Very big and open. Definitely a high class organization. The service guy Alex Flinn was really friendly and took his time showing me a few things. Other places would make you feel like your wasting their time. Will be back for my next service.

Service Alex Flinn did a great job. He made my experience very enjoyable and didn’t waste time with tacky up sells. I liked that he cared about the importance of maintenance and guided me through what to expect in the next service visit.

PLEASED WITH BILL JACOBS BMW! I had two issues causing me to bring my diesel X5 into the shop. A wind noise at the drivers door window and a sense of diesel fumes coming into the cabin. My advisor, Jeff H. did a great job in setting up an appointment quickly and having a maintenance supervisor put the vehicle up a a lift to examine the vehicle for possible air leaks. His examination was thorough and left me feeling good that the vehicle was sound. They did find a door seal that was worn and needed replacement. I am very happ... read more
