Great customer service, but slow I was treated like a queen! David was wonderful. My only complaint is that it took so long, much longer than I've ever spent buying a car. Definitely plan on spending most of the day there.

Great experience! Found the exact car I wanted on Cars.com. Unfortunately it was in Chicago when I live in Kansas City. Nevertheless, I contacted Bill Jacobs and was able to get the car I wanted. They were really easy to work with over email and text. Highly recommend you give them a look if you're in the market for a new BMW.

Serviced My first experience at Bill Jacobs BMW was great. Alex Flinn is a big help. You also, get complimentary car washes and it’s nice to have the ability to come in and get my tire pressures and washer fluid refilled.
