I visited 2 local BMW dealerships, to research the M2, before I contacted BMW of Towson. What a difference! Bill Kasper's product knowledge, professionalism, and the courtesy he extended far exceeded what I had experienced locally. If he didn't know an answer to one of my technical questions, he would seek out the answer and respond quickly. Since my purchase, he has maintained the same customer focused approach in addressing my needs.
