My Grande Coupe (428i) purchase was accomplished 1,700 miles from your dealership without any problems. My vehicle was transported cross country and was delivered three days early. Your employees went above and beyond their positions to ensure a smooth purchase.

I came in at the very start of my search looking at a new 2018 X3. My wife and I were warmly greeted by Wesley Bishop who showed us both the X3 and the 328i. I got an engine failure warning going to work one morning, drove my car straight to the dealership and it was smooth sailing from there. My service guy, Derrick, was super pleasant and helpful. I was able to get a loaner right away. They worked seemlessly with my extended warranty company and I was able to keep the loaner for days while the repairs where being done. Everything went smoothly without a hitch and everyone was very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend.
Wesley bishop our sales person was wonderful, he was very honest and knowledgeable about the vehicle that we wanted to purchase and he gave us all the info on the car, John Kim the manager was great he stepped in when Wesley was off, they truly cared about us and the service was impeccable!! We worked with Christian McClure on a recent visit (and through multiple phone calls) and were extremely satisfied with everything. Christian is friendly, personable, very knowledgeable and patient.
