I've purchased or leased 21 cars, and this was by far the fastest and easiest experience I've had. Wesley provided all the numbers via text and was very quick to reply to all my questions. Once I got to the dealership, we had all the papers signed within 20 minutes. He was also able to accommodate me leaving my other car there for a few days until I could pick it up. Loved working with BMW of Towson. I worked primarily with Wesley Bishop who was helpful, friendly, reasonable, and very prompt in answering all my questions. Helped me design the exact car I wanted and worked with me on all the financial options, design options, etc. I worked with John Kim a bit as well who helped out a lot and was very flexible on providing us with opportunities to test drive different types of cars, and readily provided his opinions and perspective to aid in our purchasing decision.
I had great experience the moment I entered the show room to find such great reception and extremely nice and competent sales representative. The thought of buying a luxury vehicle can be intimidating but the staff at BMW Towson were all accomodating and very pleasant.
