I had a great car buying experience at BMW Towson. Wes is very down to earth, friendly, and helpful. He was informative but not pushy, and he followed up with me after the process. I always feel taken care of when I need to take my car in.

First BMW. Car buying can be unpleasant with pressure sales, supposed deadlines for a price, pressure to buy add-ons and protection packages. None of that at Towson BMW. Jose was attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable of the cars and took lots of time to train me on the technology.
Steve did a fantastic job of fulfilling even exceeding my expectations. I went in because I had a brake light out and Steve noticed that I was due some additional services under warranty. I was provided a temporary service vehicle similar to the vehicle I drive. When I picked it up Bill Kasper the sales person came by and it was like a family gathering.
Nic Brown was a great help with the purchase of my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about my BMW 2013 M3. He spent a lot of extra time with the test drive and explaining all the features. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, while finishing up the paperwork, he spent time showing my son the new 228i. I would recommend Nic to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used BMW. We titled this experience as the "red carpet" experience. we arrived at the BMW of Towson dealership one afternoon on a Saturday, and to my surprise we were greeted by the Manager, Jim asking if we had been helped, well from that moment on, the overall experience was astounding. From our sales person Andrew who made our overall experience incredible, with his knowledge and expertise, to the finalization of us purchasing the x428i x drive, was a "red carpet" experience. We purchased a 320 ix this weekend and our experience was fantastic from start to finish .We dealt with Nick and Bo and they were fantastic!We finished in just over 2 hours-start to finish!
While on a recent weekend road trip to western Virginia we found ourselves in need of a replacement flat tire (Run Flat). Most dealer locations were either closed or lacked the stock needed. Towson BMW was nearly 150 miles from our location, Derrick Edwards assured us they had the tire and would remain open to service our need. Yesterday my husband and I stopped at BMW of Towson to review models and possibly make a purchase. Nic Brown spent several hours with us reviewing different models and buying options.
