Recent troubleshooting/repair Brad (our service rep) did a great job in explaining everything that would be done with our car. The repairs and troubleshooting were done in a timely manner and we were able to get our car the next day when Brad said it could take several days. As we live in Clarksville, BMW of Nashville was also good enough to let us use a loaner car while the repairs were being conducted. The only problem was the loaner car was filthy...
