Bmw 3 series maintenance Had some issues with my AC and wished to have my oil changed. They did a quick overview of my car and decided to not do the oil change since it wasn't due for one yet. Found the issue with my AC and gave several options on what I could do. Very friendly staff and amazing managers in both the sales and maintenance end. Highly recommend.

Routine Maintenance Service My X5 was in for scheduled service for which I chose to wait. The front floor mats needed to be replaced since the velcro circle pads no longer held the mats in place. Though it took about an hour longer than their estimated time, everyone was polite and professional and helpful. Additionally, a 'genius' helped me with questions about the computer guidance system. It was much appreciated.
