Great sales person and great Genius! I have a high opinion of BMW of Nashville because of Jeff Burdett (Client Advisor) and Chaz Daniel (Genius). Both of these men provided me with excellent information and advice when purchasing my new 5-Series. BMW service call I had to bring the car in because an engine light kept coming on and off. I asked for a loaner car for the day. When I arrived, they took my car, and brought out the keys for a loaner. Several hours later they called to say they had the problem fixed AND they had done the next check up which was due in a few weeks so I wouldn't have to come back again. All with NO CHARGE! Service with a smile for sure!
