OUTSTANDING SERVICE- THANK YOU! These guys are nothing short of amazing. Out of pure ignorance, I was nervous owning a BMW in a city that only has one authorized BMW service center to choose from (didn't know how honest they'd be, what the quality of service was, etc), but after coming here quite a few times for both minor and major repairs over the past 3 yrs on my 2011 328i, I can confidently tell you that you & your car are in the absolute right hands with these guys. BMW of Nashville experience I had heard from friends to go to Nashville (instead of Memphis) to buy a BMW due to the better selection and the great customer service. Awesome Service Bought a 2014 X-3 a few months back and recently took it in for normal maintenance. Great experience. Everyone was great and car wash and vacuum included!
