BMW Repair 3/17/2017 BMW of Nashville was a great experience from the time I drove into the bay. I was greeted and directed into the waiting area with comfortable seating and a snack bar including different types of coffee. I had an online meeting and was able to perform the meeting using the free Wi-Fi. They have a shuttle service, but I walked to one of the close-by restaurants and shops until I was notified my car was ready. When I picked up my car, the interior was clean and the repair was completed properly.
