Dangerously filthy windshield in loaner car. When I asked specific question about how the reprogramming of the engine would translate to fuel efficiency, horsepower and overall performance, I found the answers to be shallow, non-technical and less than what most people would accept. First time get my vehicle serviced there the service was remarkable, I wasn’t able to drive there and the manager offer someone to pick up / Drop off the vehicle for me with free of delivery charge since I’m not able to drive due to my back fusion condition.. this is what you call customer service, this type of customer service got me for life until the next manager screw it all up. The last time I brought my car in for service, it took about 2 hours to get the loaner car which was an enterprise rental car that actually was a van. Made me miss a meeting. When I bought the $6000 warranty for my brand new X4 and brakes, the salesman didn’t tell me there is mileage limit on changing brakes. "Dishonest salesperson " I was in contact With salesperson names Andrew for purchasing a used BMW 528i. After few days of negotiating the salesperson texted me early Saturday morning stating that the car would be going for front bumper repairs by that afternoon. I reached out to him shortly after I received his email to agree on a price.
