We must've driven David crazy but he never let on! We love working with David. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great sense of humor esp. as we kept him past closing- a couple times! He absolutely goes the extra mile every time. We also absolutely love working with Steve in service and trust his knowledge and suggestions on servicing the car. David went above and beyond in helping me with a trade-in and purchase of a new 3 series BMW. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, explaining the inner workings of the new iDrive with a joy that can only come from a fellow BMW owner. Although hesitant and skeptical about downsizing from a SUV to a sedan, David helped make the transition as painless, economical, and FUN as possible. this has been the best car buying experience i have ever had. fast, to the point. no runarounds etc. the general manager and salesperson were first rate and took plenty of time to make me happy.

james made buying a new car easy. he then spent two hours with us walking through the car. also, when james was not available ken the sales manager stepped into help. i felt we were dealing with a small family owned dealership. I will definitely buy my next car at this dealership.

The reason for my visit was in response to an email that an opportunity existed for the lease on my 2009 5 Series to be bought out. I visited the showroom and worked with David Quaglio who was very helpful. We were able to work out the lease on a 2012 5 Series with the arrnagements being satisfactory to both parties. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase or lease a BMW.

It has been my experience over the past 40 or so years that buying a car is, at best tolerable. James managed to so raise the level of all of that and do it seamlessly and always with a smile. He worked to get Sue the car she wanted, at a reasonable price, helped her turn the lease car in, gave her advice all along the way to make the process run as smoothly as possible. After 27 years of driving a company car, I decided to take the plunge and treat myself to the car of my dreams. I live in NY, but was lured in to Ridgefield by an interesting lease opportunity I saw advertised. I had the good fortune to get David Quaglio as my salesman.
