I have leased or purchased many cars from BMW Ridgefield and have always had a great experience. My Salesman, Bob Mahoney, is the best in the business. He knows the cars inside and out, and works harder than anyone to ensure a great experience before and after he delivers the car. Other dealers play games and never remember you. When I walk into Ridgefield, I am treated like family. You've got to got to BMW Ridgefeld and ask for Bob Mahoney

Prior to moving to the area, I had a bad experience with a dealer in Long Island. It would take a month or more to get a service appointment and my car was never ready when they said it would be. On my first service visit I told Steve that I loved my car, but so far hated my dealership experience. I believe my exact words were... "They sucked. I hated them. I don't want to hate you. This was one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a vehicle. James our sales person went out of his way to ensure that everything went smoothly. Great pricing and customer friendly staff. I would definately purchase a vehicle from here again. Shopped around at other dealerships, but BMW Ridgefield offerred the best pricing and James was soo wonderful I simply had to purchase from him.

David Quaglio is the Client Advisor who managed our purchase. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, and professional. He handled every issue which we encountered in an extremely competent and respectful manner.

I highly recommend Jack and BMW of Ridgefield for great service and a great deal. I ordered a new X5 from them at the end of 2010 and had the most pleasant buying experience I've had in 15 years of car shopping. It was the attention to little details, like having our license plates ready to go when we picked up the car, that made the difference here. Also, they didn't play games during price negotiations. We really wanted a CPO 328i and were having a hard time finding the right one at the right price. James spent a lot of time digging around the inventory between Ridgefield & Bridgeport. The communication was good and he was very honest and diligent. We finally found a 2011 service loaner and bought it! Had the car serviced once so far and they staff was fantastic.

I found my buying experience at BMW of Ridgefield to be exceptional. Not only did they price the car agressively but when the car came in, they actually did better than promised. After buying the car I had a flat tire and their service was exceptional. I highly recommend this dealership and Jack Polman for their excellence in sales and service. They do what they say their going to do and more.
