When i arrived for wiper blades which were deferred from my last maintenance, i was mistakenly sent to Parts but the gentleman there, who was very nice, sent me back to Service since this was a maintenance item. The Service Coordinator was out so Jessica, one of the service providers jumped into action. Not only is she very nice and energetic, she went out of her way to personally expedite getting the parts and seeing that the work was done. Jessica is very, very good!! Amazing service overall. Steve Kazlauskas in the service department was very helpful throughout every step with constant follow-ups and updates. Ensured that a loaner would be available for me when at the time of drop off and also ensured that quality work would be delivered. 10/10 experience! Great work!
I went in for oil change, tire balance and rotation, express detail and noise analysis. Was quoted ~ $400. I sat with service advisor and before I knew it, the total was $1100. I had to stop and review all items and we removed extra things he had “suggested”. Be careful and ask for details. He was very nice about it though. I had asked for a x5 service loaner and he mentioned they’d give me something comparable to what I drive (5 series).
