I want to let everyone know to be careful when taking your car to Roadshow BMW on Germantown Pkwy. I have had previous bad experiences but this takes the cake. Anyone who knows me-knows how meticulous I am with my car. So, my engine light came on and I took it to the dealership on Friday, January 26. I had to leave it over the weekend because after scanning my key they couldn’t detect a problem therefore they had to put it on the computer. I received a loaner vehicle. I received a call from Dan Ostenski on Monday, January 30... read more

After a $4000 oil leak repair, I returned 8 months later to have my 535i F10 fuel pump replaced under the recall. After the repair, I was informed I had an oil leak. I reminded them I just had that fixed, so the service adviser looked it up and said, "it must be in a different place". To say the least, I was not happy about hearing this news. To make matters worse, I noticed I had lost 5 gallons of fuel during the replacement and had a very strong fuel smell inside the cabin. I should note that I went directly to a gas stati... read more

i drove 70 miles to buy 2013 range rover on a thursday. i paid cash got the truck home and it breaks down saturday. the dealership told me there was nothing they could do. i got really upset and they called back and told me to have a battery put in it or i could pay to have it towed back to memphis. The cost to tow it is 232.00 . i'm extremely disappointed with their customer service.had i known they would treat me like this i would have never bought from them.

My apologies to Anthony Winfield for mistakenly calling him Anthony Whitfield in my review. I also forgot to mention the other employees names mentioned below. Thanks for your excellent services!

This dealership, and specifically the salesman-Tom Adair, is one of the most disingenuous that I've death, and will fail to own up to misses they've made when delivering a vehicle. Purchased a leased vehicle and Tom Adair failed to inform me of a second key, thus I never received it. Upon return of Lease I was charged for a key that I never received. Dealership refused to remove this liability. No return call from General Manager when I emailed complaint, not Tom Adair. Also added additional lease damage charges that were ab... read more

I brought my potential car in to have Roadshow inspect. They gave it a clean bill of health. After my purchase I found that the oil was low, the hood latch was broken, and there were several electrical issues. Adding it all up, I don't believe that they ever inspected the car at all. They were happy to take $150 though.

I visited Roadshow mini about a month ago. I was interested in trading in my mother's car for a used mini cooper. I thought I needed a much bigger size than I did and Carl Smith was a tremendous help. He found me the perfect mini and was extremely helpful.

First visit was horrible. Was not taken seriously or treated professionally or even treated friendly. Was on second test drive before salesman even introduced himself to me. It went downhill after that. Worst experience I ever had at a car dealership. I sent detailed email to dealership General Manager, Randy Patton. He replied with a heart felt apology and asked me if I would return I would be treated differently. And yes I was!!! A different salesman was assigned to me ( Brett Calhoun ) This gentleman was extremely helpful... read more

Is there a secret code to getting service at Roadshow BMW because everytime I visit this place it is bad. I guess these cars sell themselves for the most part but the salesmen were more concerned about the SEC championship game than getting out and working. I just can't do business with this company. I will go to Nashville and look there on my next business trip ,and Roadhsow can just change my oil and rotate my tires.
